Have you recently decided that you would like to change the look and feel of your bathroom? It may be that your thinking of doing this, simply because its time for a change. We are always changing the look and feel of the way our decor is in the rest of the house, and the bathroom is usually the last room in the house that we make any changes to. We spend alot of our time in the bathroom, so why don’t we have it looing the way we want?

Remodeling your bathroom may not be as expensive as you think. Bathroom suites can be purchased at reasonable prices, and with you can always wait until the local sales in your area, where you can get what you need at huge discounts. This is a room we manage to spend alot of our time in, so why not have the bathroom looking the way we want.

If its just minimal changes you want to make to your bathroom, just to give it a different look, then fine. This is the least expensive way of doing this, and small changes can make a big difference. For some of us, a different colour of paint on the walls, a new shower curtain, and different floor tiles etc can make the bathroom more desireable.

As previously mentioned, the biggest reason why you should want to change your bathroom theme or decor is because of the change. You can change a bathroom as much as you want, by replacing the fixtures, but if you have the same bathroom theme or decor, it may still seem like the same old bathroom. If that is the case, you may still be unhappy. After spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on a bathroom remodeling project, unhappiness is not a feeling that you should be left with. Therefore, it may be a good idea for you think about changing around your bathroom decor or even completely changing your bathroom theme.

Now that we have decided upon what we are going to do, we need to look around and what it is we need at the right price. If its only small item’s like, shower curtains, bath mats, window curtains etc, these can be picked up at online auctions for a very cheap price. Shopping online for these items, is alot cheaper than what we could buy them for at our local stores.

We all want the bathroom of our dreams, in some cases, this can be done, but in many cases we have to make do with just making small changes, as we may be working on a budget. Its best to look around and see what is on offer, and always check online, in places such as ebay for anything of use to us when doing up the bathroom.

It is important to ask a lot of questions about any big investment. I am going to detail a few questions you shold ask when buying a condo.

*What portion of the units are owner occupied? If they are heavily occupied by the owners it will be easier to get financed. Most finance companies look for a ratio of about two thirds. Remember that a condo that can’t get financed will cause you problems when buying and selling.

* Were there any special assessments in the past 36 months? Are they planning any large maintenance projects in the next year? Are there sufficient reserves to cover those expenses?

Unit owners and condo associations will have to deal with unexpected maintenance, but a good association plans ahead to make the condo fees enough to cover those costs. Multiple assessments indicate bad planning. It would be a shame to buy a condo from someone who paid minimal condo fees for years, and then you pay for a huge assessment as soon as you move in.

* Are there any disputes among owners that the Association is trying to resolve?

If there are many problems, think twice about living in that environment. Watch for the following common issues:

Hanging things from the balcony. Many condo complexes won’t allow this to prevent people from hanging laundry and other unsightly things that could create problems for sellers, but sometimes people make an issue about little things like decorations.

Pets. In complexes that allow pets, there often arise problems because one or two owners’ pets are nasty and poorly kept.

* Is the HOA currently involved in lawsuits?

Many times the HOA can end up involved in lawsuits with owners, material providers involved in construction, or the occupants. You and your lawyer should discuss these suits.

* Is the HOA discussing any changes to the by-laws applied to the complex?

Some changes can have a drastic impact on you. You can’t have a vote until you buy the unit.

There are many people today who still believe that only men can suffer from hair loss. Yet research has now shown that one in four women are also likely to suffer from some form of hair loss at some point during their lives. Below we will take a look at the three most common reasons as to what causes hair loss in women around the world today.

1. Female Pattern Baldness - Of all the kinds of hair loss problems women can suffer from this is the most common and is exactly the same type that men suffer from. As with men, woman will suffer from this particular hair loss problem when their body reacts to the male hormone testosterone that is naturally found in their body.

Just like men, women have the male hormone testosterone, although at much smaller levels. However sometimes without warning, this hormone begins to convert to DHT, which is bad for their bodies and specifically bad when it comes to hair regrowth. But unlike in men, female pattern baldness is not as extreme and will only occur much later on in a woman’s life.

2. Telogen Effluvium - This is the second most common type of hair loss problem for women today. But it is different from the above mentioned as rather than hair being lost completely from the scalp; this will cause hair thinning.

In a large number of cases where women suffer from this particular hair loss condition, it is because they have suffered some kind of traumatic event in their lives. This will usually have placed considerable stress on their body, which has prevented hair from growing normally. Women who become pregnant may often be shocked to notice that their hair begins to thin after child birth. Once things start to settle down, it can normally be expected that hair growth will resume as normal.

3. Alopecia Areata - This is the 3rd most common type of hair loss women can suffer from today. But rather than the problem being localized and affecting one particular area of the scalp, this one results in hair loss on various different parts of the scalp.

The women who are most likely to suffer from this particular hair loss complaint are those whose immune system is not working properly. It is a very common occurrence when women are undergoing some form of treatment such as chemotherapy. Normally however once treatment ceases and the immune system becomes re-established then hair growth begins once more. However, for some women it can be so severe that there are no chances of hair growth happening at anytime.

The information that we have provided you with above will hopefully provide you with a better understanding of what causes hair loss in women today. If you find yourself in a situation where you feel that you may be suffering from one of the above, it is important that you start looking into ways of preventing hair loss and re growing your hair.

There are a number of different reasons for why a woman may find that she starts to lose her hair. Yet although some women do suffer from hair loss, it is not to the same extent that men do. In this article, we look at one reason that is the cause of female hair loss and is the most common.

Yet even though we still think that hair loss is predominantly a male problem, today quite a few women are likely to suffer from some form of serious hair loss. In fact, according to the American Academy of Dermatology around 30 million women in the United States alone are troubled with hair loss of one sort or another.

One of the main causes for a woman to start losing her hair is because of her genetic makeup. All of us have hormones known as androgens, which work in perfect harmony with all other hormones in the body. However, for some women because they have a genetic predisposition these hormones can actually interfere with the way the body functions. One particular hormone that is part of the androgen group is testosterone, this can cause problems for certain women.

Normally this sits in the woman’s body quite happily but unfortunately for some women because of their genetic make up it converts into DHT. Now DHT or Dihydrotestosterone binds to the receptors found deep within your hair follicles and prevents messages from being allowed to access the follicles that tell it to grow. Therefore, this in turn prevents normal growth and regrowth and this is when women will start to notice that they are losing more hair than usual.

Generally, this build up of DHT on the hair follicles takes some time so a woman will only see a gradual increase in their hair loss. The build up also causes the hair follicles to shrink and so the pattern for natural hair growth in a person begins to alter. Often as this happens, a woman is likely to notice that they are beginning to suffer from female pattern baldness or androgenic alopecia if you wish to use its medical name.

Yet although the cause of female pattern baldness happens in the same way as male pattern baldness, the actual pattern that the hair loss takes is different. For women the hair loss is more diffused and will occur across the top of the scalp. Where as for men they can suffer from it in a variety of different places either the crown, temple, or at the back of the scalp.

The other main difference between the female version and the male version of pattern baldness is that men usually only start to suffer from it as they grow older. However, for women they can suffer from this kind of hair loss at any stage of their lives. In some cases it may well be that the loss has been caused by some other underlying medical condition that they have.

As well as the above, there are other reasons as to why a woman may suffer from hair loss. Certainly, when it comes to deciding what the cause of female hair loss is in a particular woman it may come down to a number of different factors. With Some women, the cause can be from a traumatic event in their lives, whilst for others it could be down to some kind of medical condition or treatment.
